Electro-hydraulic Double-sided Unloader Single-sided Unloader
The electric unloader is installed on the middle frame of the belt conveyor, capable of evenly and continuously unloading materials carried by the belt into hoppers or required locations as an auxiliary device for belt conveying. This unloader improves upon older models by incorporating variable trough angle rollers, with the plow blade made from wear-resistant, low-friction polyurethane polymer material, and uses an electro-hydraulic push cylinder as the power source. It overcomes defects of older unloaders such as incomplete material discharge, belt scratching, poor overload capacity of electric push rods, frequent motor burnout, bent lead screws, and mechanical fragility. It is currently one of the most advanced unloaders domestically and internationally.
Main Features:
1. Unloading state: The plow blade lowers, the middle flat roller set rises, and the end trough idlers become flat idlers.
2. Non-unloading state: The plow blade lifts, the middle flat roller set lowers, the end idlers return to trough shape, allowing materials to pass normally.
3. Advanced design, compact structure, easy operation; the lifting and lowering of the plow head are achieved through motor forward and reverse rotation, with sensitive action.
